“25% off on round-trip Japan flight tickets at Greater Bay Airlines” (“The Offer”) Terms and Conditions:
1. The Offer is only applicable to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards (“Cardholders”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") (“Eligible Cards”). Greater Bay Airlines (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot manage some of the Eligible Card types, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. The Offer is valid from October 10, 2025 until October 19, 2025 (both dates inclusive) or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). For status of the quota, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to book flight ticket(s) through the Merchant official website (www.greaterbay-airlines.com) or its Mobile App (“Merchant Platforms”) for designated flight booking and apply designated Coupon (“Coupon”) using coupon code “CITI25D10JP” (“Coupon Code”) after completing passenger information to enjoy 25% off per booking (“Offer”). Applicable round-trip routes include Hong Kong to Tokyo / Sapporo / Osaka / Sendai (subject to flight availability of the Merchant during the period) and must originate from Hong Kong.
4. The applicable travel period is from the next day to March 28, 2026 (except for December 19-27, 2025 and February, 13-19 2026).
5. Eligible branded fare types include Go Go Promo (Fare Class X/T/E/U/A) , Go Go (Fare Class H/K/L/M/N/V/S/Q/O/X/T/E/U/A), Value Go (Fare Class H/K/L/M/N/V/S/Q/O/X/T/E/U/A), Flex Go (Fare Class H/K/L/M/N/V/S/Q/O/X/T/E/U/A), subject to product availability.
6. To add and apply the Coupon, the Coupon Code must be entered after completing passenger information, and the Coupon is only applicable to Merchant Platforms in Hong Kong SAR - English version and Hong Kong SAR - Traditional Chinese version. Cardholders must ensure the Coupon is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to receive the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered Coupon Code will not be eligible for a refund.
7. The Coupon Code must be entered for each individual passenger at the time of booking.
8. Each Coupon can be applied to a single booking and is valid for up to 9 passengers per booking, and must be applied to round-trip flight bookings to specified destinations for a designated number of passengers. If the Cardholder is unable to apply the Coupon after completing the booking, the Coupon will not be reissued.
9. For payments made without Eligible Cards, the Merchant reserves the right to charge a fare difference and reissue fee, if applicable, after ticket is issued.
10. The Offer is only applicable to designated flights operated by the Merchant.
11. The Merchant may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Merchant at the time of cancellation.
12. The Offer does not apply to bookings for infant seating.
13. Customer under 12 years of age applies the same fare and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight.
14. For an infant not occupying a seat, round trip ticket rate is HKD520, or the same rate for an adult passenger applies (whichever lower), and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance.
15. The ticket validity will be subject to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
16. Booking will be made under designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) H/K/L/M/N/V/S/Q/O/X/T/E/U/A, and confirmation is subject to seat availability of the RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
17. Change is allowed after ticket issuance. Change fee, validity, and terms and conditions for changes will be subject to the terms and conditions at the time of ticket issuance.
18. The ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.
19. Discounted fares after applying the Coupon do not include applicable taxes and other surcharges. The Cardholder needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.
20. Conditions of baggage allowance will vary depending on the branded fare type you have booked. Cardholders may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Merchant Platforms. Infant not occupying seat is not entitled to baggage allowance.
21. For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.
22. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.
23. All tickets and Coupons cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items, no change will be provided for any unused balance.
24. If an order is cancelled for any reason, the Coupon Code will not be reissued.
25. The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at time of booking.
26. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
27. Citibank is not a supplier of the products and services offered in this Offer and accepts no liability for the quality of products and services provided by the Merchant involved in this promotion.
General Terms and Conditions (If applicable):
28. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer at the time of reservation and before ordering and settle the payment in full by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
29. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
30. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the Offer(s) was/were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
31. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
32. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
33. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
34. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
35. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
