- Payment must be charged using Citi Mastercard Credit / Debit Card.
- Offer is valid for hotel stays between 1 November 2025 to 31 March 2026, respectively on accommodation bookings with the Promotion is only applicable for prepaid bookings of selected hotels, not applicable for pay-at-hotel bookings, made through the dedicated landing page at: www.agoda.com/citibanksg
- Offer is capped at S$60 per eligible accommodation booking.
- The offer is available while stocks last. Redemptions (upon a successful booking) are based on first-come, first-served basis.
- The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders Citibank cards issued in Singapore. This Promotion is only valid for hotels with the "Coupon Applicable" tag on the room types search results page.
- Discount will be reflected after keying in valid Citibank card details at the payment page and before submitting for payment.
- The Promotion is applicable for bookings of selected hotels (prepaid bookings only, not applicable for pay at hotel bookings) made through a dedicated landing page only at following URL: www.agoda.com/citibanksg
- This Promotion is only valid for hotels with the "Coupon Applicable" tag on the room types search results page.
- The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
- The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- To book on app, click the button on your mobile webpage or scan the QR code from desktop version to launch your Agoda App. Discount will be reflected at the payment page when you key in valid card details.
- The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, cashback sites, promotions, rewards, loyalty programmes, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
- The qualifying and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda, Mastercard and Citibank Singapore. All bookings through the Promotion landing page must be made in accordance with Agoda’s terms of use. Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Promotion landing page.
- Citibank Singapore, Mastercard and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. In case of dispute, the decision of Citibank, Mastercard and Agoda shall be final.
- The Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Citibank Singapore and the cardholder (payment facility, etc), which is at Citibank Singapore’s sole discretion and for which Citibank Singapore is solely responsible and liable.
- This website is owned by Agoda and not Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd and Citibank Singapore Limited or any of its affiliates (together, “Citibank”). Citibank and Mastercard is not responsible for the content of this website or any loss suffered by any party arising from or in connection with the products and services offered on this website.
- Citibank's, Mastercard’s and Agoda’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
