Terms and conditions

• Promotion is only available on every Friday at 12pm from 2 January to 25 December 2026, or while stocks last. Redemptions (upon a successful booking) are based on first-come, first-served basis. 
• Promotion platform: Trip.com Singapore app only. 
• Payment must be charged using Citi Mastercard Credit / Debit Card. 
• Singapore-issued Citi Mastercards to enjoy 50% OFF (cap at S$100) the purchase amount per booking. Offer does not apply to baggage allowance or any other add-ons.
•  Offer applies to economy-class return flights departing from Singapore. Please note that promo codes can only be applied to selected flights. To check if the promo code is applicable, enter promo code on the checkout page before final payment to verify.
•  Promotion is valid with a minimum purchase of 2 flight tickets. (adult or child only). Users have to successfully checkout and complete the booking to use the code. Being in payment page does not equate to successful redemption. 
• Users have to apply the promo code on the flight checkout page. The promo code will be released at 12 pm every Friday from January to December 2026. 
• Users must sign up for a Trip.com account to be able to use the promo code. 
• Valid for 1-time usage per account during each promo period. Valid for 1-time usage per eligible card during each promo period. Not exchangeable for cash. -
•  Cannot be used in conjunction with third-party cashback app. Please close all apps and re-login in the Trip.com account to apply the promo code. 
• Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation. 
• Citibank's, Mastercard’s and Trip.com’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
• Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Trip.com. 
• Citibank, Mastercard and Trip.com reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. In addition and without prejudice to the foregoing, Trip.com reserves the rights to amend their fares, and terms and conditions relating to their sale of flights/packages without prior notice. 
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited, “Mastercard” refers to “Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd” and “Trip.com” refers to Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte Ltd.
