Terms and conditions

• Promotion period is from 24 September 2025 to 23 September 2026 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated. 
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit Card or Citibank Debit Card. 
• The Promotion are only valid in isolation and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount card privileges, promotional items, subscription plans, gift vouchers, shopping perks, corporate discount, store credit and staff discount, unless otherwise stated. 
• This Promotion is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other reward items from Citibank. In the event where there are two or more ongoing promotions, the customer is only entitled to one promotion, discount or voucher. 
• All returns of items and refunds made shall be governed by the company return and exchange policy 
• Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with MBT Singapore. 
• Citibank and MBT Singapore reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. 
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “MBT Singapore" refers to Trends 360 Pte Ltd
