- Payment must be charge using Citi Credit / Debit Card.
- Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account
- Promotion is valid at all Spa Esprit outlets
- Promotion is applicable on full priced services and treatment only
- Prior appointment booking is required
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or vouchers
- Not applicable for Semi-permanent services
- Promotional prices cannot be deducted from existing credit packages
- Promotion is applicable to full payment transactions for available stocks only and not valid for instalment payments.
- Citibank is not a supplier of the product/service purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
- Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank/Spa Esprit shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
- All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Spa Esprit
