COCA Restaurants

- Promotion is valid from 1 November 2024 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive.
- Under the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember will receive a S$20/S$50 Return Voucher (“Voucher”) with any spend at COCA Restaurants outlets, charged to a Citibank Debit/Credit Card.
- The Return Voucher is valid for a one-time redemption as a S$20 Voucher with min. S$100 spend or a S$50 Voucher with min. S$250 spend on the next visit. Minimum spend requirement is on food menu and excludes service charge and GST, in a single receipt charged to a Citibank Debit/Credit Card. No splitting of bill allowed.
- Voucher is valid for use at all COCA Restaurants in Singapore.
- Voucher is valid for 4 months from the date of issue. Expired vouchers will not be accepted. No extension of validity date is allowed.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or other products of equivalent value.
- Voucher is not valid with any other on-going offers, promotions, discounts, privileges, vouchers, rebates, loyalty programmes and inhouse offers., unless otherwise stated.
- Voucher is not valid on eve of CNY and first 7 days of CNY, eve of and on Public Holidays and special occasion.
- Voucher will not be accepted after completion of sales transactions.
- Citibank's and COCA’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with COCA.
- Citibank and COCA reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the promotion terms and/or terminate the promotion.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited, while the terms “COCA” and “COCA Restaurants” refer to COCA International Singapore Co Pte Ltd.
