- Valid from 1 December 2025 to 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive.
- Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card.
- Promotion is applicable to Singapore to USA/ Canada (return) tickets issued from 1 December 2025 till 30th June 2026.
- Singapore to USA/ Canada (return) tickets must be issued by a Singapore travel agent; with IATA number starting with “323” or on China Airlines website www.china-airlines.com/sea/en.
- Complimentary ticket can only be issued upon successful completion of Singapore to USA/ Canada (return) ticket.
- Complimentary ticket is worth S$240 before taxes and fuel charges.
- For redemption of complimentary ticket, please contact China Airlines Singapore office at reservation.singsa@china-airlines.com and/or call them at 6737 2211, Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30 and closed on Public Holiday.
- Ticket is transferable, applicable on N (booking) class and subject to availability.
- Travel period for complimentary ticket from 1 January 2026 and must complete travel by 31 October 2026.
- Fuel surcharge and taxes must be paid by traveler.
- Extension of complimentary ticket is not allowed and non-negotiable.
- Ticket is non-refundable; date change fee applies as per ticketing rules.
- Complimentary ticket check in baggage allowance is 1 piece (23kg).
- In the event of disputes, China Airlines reserves the rights to make final decision without compensation.
- Citibank's and China Airlines’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchant-ability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Promotion provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with China Airlines.
- Citibank and China Airlines reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. In addition and without prejudice to the foregoing, China Airlines reserves the rights to amend their fares and terms and conditions relating to their sale of flights/tickets without prior notice.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “ China Airlines” refers to China Airlines Ltd (Singapore Branch).
