• Promotion period is from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2027 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card.
• Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
• Customer must meet the minimum spend criteria of the voucher: 10% off with min. S$50 spend.
• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount card privileges, promotional items, subscription plans, gift vouchers, shopping perks, corporate discount, store credit and staff discount, unless otherwise stated.
• Citibank is not a supplier of the product/service purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
• Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties.
• Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with The Florte.
• Citibank and The Florte reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “The Florte” refers to THE FLORTE PTE. LTD.
