- Promotion period is from 1 May 2024 – 31 December 2024 (both days inclusive)
- Payment must be charge using Citi Card
- Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account
- Promotion is valid at XTRA Showroom in Marina Square only
- Promotion is in Singapore currency and is not exchangeable for cash or refundable
- Promotion is applicable to full payment transactions for indent and ex-stocks and not valid for instalment payments
- Promotion cannot be stacked or combined with other ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated
- Promotion is not valid for consignment, kitchen and wardrobe day and night systems, fees, staircase fees, customization charges and delivery related services.
- Promotion is applicable for regular priced items, new collections, Great Singapore Sale (GSS), Mid-Year Sale and Year-End Sale
- Promotion is not applicable to existing promotions, Black Friday Sale and Clearance Sale
- In the event of any refund (in part or full) or cancelled transactions, Citibank and/or XTRA has the right to cancel the “promotion” offered.
- Citibank is not a supplier of the product/service purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
- Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank/XTRA shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
- All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with XTRA

- Citibank and XTRA reserves the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- Citibank and XTRA Designs Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
