Terms and conditions

•  Promotion period is from 10 September 2025 to 31 August 2026 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated. 
•  Off-Peak: Weekdays Monday to Friday (excludes public holidays and school holidays). 
•  Peak: Weekends Saturday to Sunday, public holidays & school holidays. 
•  Promotions are valid for walk-in purchases only. 
•  Discount is not applicable for purchases made through third-party websites or resellers. 
•  Discount is not applicable to other timeslots, ticket categories, special ticketed events, or add-on items. 
•  All guests are required to read and acknowledge the SuperPark Singapore waiver form before entering the park for their scheduled session. 
•  All guests are required to adhere to individual park house rules. 
•  All tickets sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not eligible for revalidation. 
•  Tickets purchased under this offer cannot be resold. Management reserves the right to invalidate tickets which have been resold or misused. 
•  Offers may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, in-house offers, discount cards, loyalty programmes and vouchers, unless otherwise stated. 
•  Payment must be charged using Citi Credit Card or Citibank Debit Card. 
•  Citibank and DreamUs Management reserves the right to amend the terms & condition at any time without prior notice. 
•  Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
•  Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with SuperPark. 
•  Citibank and SuperPark reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. 
•  "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and "SuperPark" refers to DreamUs International Holdings Pte Ltd.
