- Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card.
- Travel period is from 13 March 2026 to 30 March 2027.
- Offer is applicable for both round-trip and one-way airfares.
- Special offer is only valid with Singapore as the country of departure.
- Special offer is not valid for itineraries with a transfer and/or stopover in Bangkok.
- Special offer for Taipei will be 15% off round-trip and one-way airfares for tickets issued with the fare classes D/P/V only.
- Special offer for Dallas-Fort Worth, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, Washington D.C., Japan & South Korea will be 12% off round-trip and one-way airfares for tickets issued with the fare classes P/V only.
- For other fare classes not mentioned in the two points above, the regular offer of 7% off Up fares and 5% off Standard & Basic fares will apply.
- The regular offer will continue to apply to itineraries with Singapore as the country of departure, and Chicago, Houston, New York, Toronto, Amsterdam, London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Vienna, China, Hong Kong, Macau and Brisbane as destination cities.
- If an itinerary consists of an eligible fare class and an ineligible fare class, the final fare will be calculated by adding the respective round-trip fares together and dividing the sum by two.
- This promotion is valid on EVA Air operated flights only. For itineraries containing segments operated by partner airlines, the airfare discount will only apply to segments operated by EVA Air.
- This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
- Cash + mile redemptions are not eligible for this promotion.
- Open jaw/multi-city itineraries and stopovers lasting more than 24 hours are not eligible for this promotion.
- Offer is applicable for adult, child & infant fares.
- Discount applies to airfare only. Airline fuel and insurance surcharge, passenger security charge, air navigation service charge and other taxes and levies are not included.
- Booking Service Charge: Standard USD 28 per ticket without any discount. Tickets issued for special services including stretcher, extra seat, etc.; will also be applicable for this charge.
- Refund(s) and change(s) will be subjected to the relevant penalties.
- Fares may change due to currency fluctuations. Seats subject to availability at point of booking and confirmed upon payment.
- All other general rules apply.
- Citibank's and EVA Air's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchant-ability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Promotion provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with EVA Air.
- Citibank and EVA Air reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. In addition and without prejudice to the foregoing, EVA Air reserves the rights to amend their fares and terms and conditions relating to their sale of flights/tickets without prior notice.
