- To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember has to charge to his/her Citi Mastercard to enjoy SGD15 FRx Gift Card with min. SGD150 spend and scan the FRx QR code when paying in-store at participating FRx stores. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
- Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Mastercard.
- Present up to 3 Citi Mastercard charge slip(s) at Customer Service to redeem.
- Present your FRx QR code in the FRx app to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at participating Frasers Property Singapore malls’ Customer Service to redeem.
- Maximum 3 same-day, same-mall transactions (minimum SGD20 per transaction) from participating FRx stores, unless otherwise stated.
- SGD15 FRx Gift Card and bonus cap of 150 FRx points will be credited to your e-wallet upon successful redemption at Customer Service, when qualifying spend is met. Limited to 1 redemption per FRx member per day, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
- SGD15 FRx Gift Card and bonus 150 FRx points will be rescinded if there are any rejected order(s) in the total transaction, and if spending falls below SGD150 after rejected order(s) have been deducted.
- Applicable to participating FRx in-mall retailers and electronic transactions within retail outlets only.
- The stored value in each FRx Gift Card expires 1 year from the date of issue.

- The Management of the respective malls shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and FPS shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
- Citibank, Mastercard and the Management of the respective malls reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
