- Promo is valid from Monday to Friday only.
- Not applicable on eve of and on Public Holidays and special occasions. Other blackout dates apply.
- Advanced reservations are required and subject to availability.
- In the event of any rescheduling or cancellation of appointment, please call +65 6506 6896 or email spa.singapore@stregis.com at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges to your credit card. Full treatment price will be imposed for late cancellations (within 24 hours of treatment time) and no-shows.
- Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, vouchers and privileges unless otherwise stated.
- Citibank's and The St. Regis Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with The St. Regis Singapore.
