Grab

- Promotion period is until 4 January 2026, unless otherwise stated.
- To enjoy the promotion, payment must be made in respect of purchases made at Grab App with any Citi Mastercard (excluding Citi Purchasing Card/Citi Travel Lodge Card /Citi Travel Account).
- Users are required to have an existing Grab account with a verified email address and latest Grab app to place an order on Grab Rides, GrabFood and Grab Dine-out through the Grab app.
- Citibank, Mastercard and Grab's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank & Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Grab except for any disputes in relation to payment services.
- Citibank, Mastercard and Grab reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited, Mastercard refers to “Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd” and “Grab" refers to GrabTaxi Pte Ltd.

- Not valid for cash transaction.
- Valid for use in Singapore only.
- Limited to 1 redemption per user per month. Limited redemptions available, on a first come, first served basis.
- Valid for selected GrabFood outlets only.
- Valid on the latest Grab app versions only.
- A successful redemption is only made upon checkout.
- Promo code must be redeemed within the stipulated period.
- No extension of validity allowed.
- Promo code cannot be applied on the Small Order Fee and Platform Fee.
- Promo code is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind.
- The voucher may be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless otherwise indicated.
- Any unconsumed value shall be forfeited.

Grab Dine-out~
- This voucher is applicable for use on a single GrabFood Dine-Out payment in Singapore only.
- Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of the voucher must be paid in full using cashless payment modes.
- Only valid at GrabFood Dine-Out merchants.
- Limited to 1 redemption per user per month. Limited redemptions available, on a first come, first served basis.
- The voucher may be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless otherwise indicated.
- This voucher must be fully utilised and any unutilised amount will be forfeited.
- This reward is non-refundable, non-transferable and only valid until the date of expiry.
