Citi Mastercard Spend and Get ("Promotion") Terms and Conditions:

1.       Promotion period is applicable from 2 March to 30 April 2026 (both days inclusive), while stocks last. 


2.       This Promotion is exclusive to all CapitaStar Members (referred to as “Eligible Member”). All Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application (“CapitaStar App”) and sign up within the App as a CapitaStar member to qualify and participate in this promotion. 


3.       Eligible Members can receive a S$10 eCapitaVoucher (“Reward”) when they spend minimum S$150 (“Qualifying Spend”) in a single transaction at participating properties and stores with a linked Citi Mastercard Credit Card or Citibank Mastercard Debit Card (“Promotion“).

Spend minimum S$150 in a single transaction during the Promotion Period with a linked Citi Mastercard Credit Card or Citibank Mastercard Debit Card at any participating properties to receive S$10 eCapitaVoucher. (the “Reward”)



·       Limited to the first 10,620 redemptions in total throughout the Promotion period on a first-come, first-served basis. Crediting of the Reward(s) is subjected to weekly availability of 1,180 Reward stocks.


·       1,180 Reward stocks will be released in tranches every Monday on the following dates:

·       There is no limit to the number of Rewards a member can acquire throughout the Promotion Period as long as the minimum spend is met in a single transaction.




4.       The Reward should be credited directly into the Qualifying Eligible Member’s CapitaStar App upon a successful transaction; however certain transactions might take around 7 business days to be awarded.


 


5.       Eligible Members must successfully link their Citi Mastercard Credit Card or Citibank Mastercard Debit Card on the CapitaStar app. Find out how to link your Citi Mastercard on the CapitaStar app here.




5.1   Please note that payments made via NETS, NETS FlashPay, or NETS QR are not eligible for Rewards. To make a qualifying spend, please select or inform the staff that you wish to pay using a Citi Credit Card or Citibank Debit card prior to completing your payment.




5.2   A newly linked card can only be removed from your CapitaStar account after 48 hours.

6.       The Rewards will be issued based on the transactions that are registered in the system and reflected on the Activity screen of your CapitaStar account, in chronological order. For illustration:

Based on the above table for the scenario illustrated, transaction 1 will be awarded with the Reward on the same day upon transaction being registered on the CapitaStar app. As transaction 2 is only registered on our system and reflected on your CapitaStar account on 04 March 2026, Reward earned for that transaction is delayed and will be awarded on 04 March instead.


This Promotion is subjected to the CapitaStar programme rules of maximum 3 same-store transactions per day and maximum 20 transactions across all properties in a rolling 7-day period.


General Terms and Conditions:


1.       To qualify for the Promotion, a CapitaStar member shall link their Citi Mastercard Credit Card or Citibank Mastercard Debit Card on the CapitaStar app before making a Qualifying Spend with their linked Citi Mastercard. Find out how to link your Mastercard on the CapitaStar app here.


2.       The Promotion is limited to 10,620 redemptions per Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis and crediting of the Reward is subjected to availability of stocks. There is no limit to the number of Rewards a member can acquire throughout the Promotion Period as long as the minimum spend is met in a single transaction.


3.       The eCapitaVoucher Reward in this Promotion (i.e. S$10 eCapitaVoucher) shall expire in three (3) months from the date of issuance. Eligible Shoppers can tap on the balance summary section on the home screen of the CapitaStar app to view the eCapitaVoucher reward and expiry date. CapitaLand shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the eCapitaVoucher Reward.


4.       An Eligible Shopper’s eCapitaVoucher wallet on the CapitaStar app can hold a maximum of S$1,000 eCapitaVoucher(s) at any one time. Should the aggregate value of an Eligible Shopper’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet Balance and eCapitaVoucher Reward(s) exceeds S$1,000, the Reward(s) will be placed on the Eligible Shopper’s eCapitaVoucher Queue. Upon having sufficient eCapitaVoucher Wallet availability to receive the Reward(s), the Reward(s) in Queue will be credited into the Eligible Shopper's eCapitaVoucher Wallet.


5.       Purchase and use of eCapitaVoucher is subject to the CapitaVoucher terms and conditions. Click here for more info about eCapitaVoucher full terms and conditions.


6.       Citibank’s and Mastercard's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.


7.       Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with CapitaStar.


8.       Citibank, Mastercard and CapitaStar reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.


9.       "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited, “Mastercard” refers to “Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd” and “CapitaStar” refers to CapitaStar Pte. Ltd.
