Terms and conditions

• Promotion period is valid from 8 October to 30 November 2026.
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit Card or Citibank Debit Card.
• Travel from 8 October to 31 June 2027.
• Offer is valid for booking Malaysia Airlines made via https://www.malaysiaairlines.com/sg/en/cug/citibank-exclusive.html  the Malaysia Airlines web/mobile app and is subject to seat availability at the time of booking. 
• Offer is valid via promo code MHCITI26 (case-sensitive). Cardmembers are required to key in promo code at the checkout page to enjoy the discounted airfare.
• The promotion is applicable as stated: 13% off for Business Class J, C, D, Z, ,10% off for Y, B, H, K, M, L, V, S, N, and Q , 5% off for Business Promo Z and Economy Promo O.
• Offer is valid for Malaysia Airlines-operated flights that depart from any point of departures in Singapore to all Malaysia Airlines-operated flight destinations. 
• Blackout period is listed below: 24DEC26-27DEC26, 29JAN27-07FEB27, 04MAR27-14MAR27.
• Maximum stay of 1 year only
• Codeshare flights, including those operated by partner carriers, are strictly excluded from this promotion.
• Itineraries involving non-Malaysia Airlines-operated sectors, where one or more segments are operated by other airlines, do not qualify for this offer.
• Multi-city itineraries and booking are not eligible for this promotion. Promo codes cannot be applied to multi-city journeys, and such bookings are excluded from promotional fare eligibility.
• Example:  Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Kansai (KIX) - operated by Malaysia Airlines; Kansai (KIX) to Sapporo (CTS) - codeshare flight (operated by Japan Airlines); Narita (NRT) to Kuala Lumpur (KUL) - operated by Malaysia Airlines 
• The above itinerary is made under one (1) booking, not eligible for the offer due to codeshare flight.
• Promo seats are subject to availability and may vary accordingly to flight origin, destination and travel period.
• Offer is applicable to airfare only. Not inclusive of fuel surcharge and government and airports taxes and levies.
• Not applicable for Enrich always-on discount
