條款及細則

  •  The Promotion period is from 1 March 2025 to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive). 

  •  Payment must be made with a Citibank Debit/Credit card to enjoy the promotion. 

  •  Promotion is valid for dine-in and takeaways. 

  •  Promotion is valid at all Chen’s Kitchen outlet(s) in Singapore. 

  •  Not valid for festive items and bundles, and with other promotions and/or discounts. 

  •  Not valid on public holidays and other blackout dates and festivals as determined by the restaurant. 

  •  Minimum spend requirement is before GST and service charge. 

  •  Citibank's and OUE Restaurants’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 

  •  Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with OUE Restaurants. 

  •  Citibank and OUE Restaurants reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. 

  •  "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited. The terms “Chen’s Kitchen at Paragon” and "OUE Restaurants” refer to OUE Restaurants Pte Ltd.
