- All ordering and payment will be on Lime-on-the -go platform, eShop & order form.
- Voucher code should be quoted upon reservation and the copy of the voucher should be presented upon arrival for verification and redemption purposes.

- All perishables not collected on specified date will be discarded by the end of the day and the Management is not liable to replace the uncollected items if no advance notice is furnished on the change of collection date.
- Citibank's and PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or service shall be resolved directly with PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering.
