- Payment must be made with a Citibank Credit or Debit Card.
- Black-out dates are: 4 May 2024 – 5 May 2024 and 11 May 2024 – 12 May 2024
- Redemptions are strictly via email reservations with Coffee Lounge. 3 days’ advance reservation is required. Please email your name, contact number, date, time of dining and number of diners to coffee_lounge@goodwoodparkhotel.com.
- Redemptions will only be confirmed upon receipt of the booking confirmation email from Coffee Lounge.
- Limited to 1 complimentary platter per table per bill
- Limited to the first 200 redemptions
- Valid for dine-in only at Coffee Lounge. Takeaways of unconsumed durian items from the platters are not allowed.
- Splitting or combination of bills are not allowed.
- Not valid for events, catering services and with other discounts, promotions or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
- Citibank's and Goodwood Park Hotel’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Goodwood Park Hotel.
- Citibank and Goodwood Park Hotel reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited. The terms “Goodwood Park Hotel”, “Coffee Lounge” refer to Goodwood Park Hotel Pte Ltd.
