Terms and Conditions for ‘Win 1-night stay at Capella Singapore’
1. PROMOTION: These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your participation in the ‘Win 1-night stay at Capella Singapore’ (“Promotion”) organized and operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 (“Trip.com”). By entering into this Promotion, you accept and agree to these T&C, our general Terms & Conditions under the relevant Platform and the decisions of Trip.com, which apply to the Promotion.

2. PLATFORM: This Promotion is available on the Trip.com Singapore APP

3. PROMOTION PERIOD: This Promotion is valid from 20 April 2026, 00:00 (UTC+08:00) to 30 June 2026, 23:59 (UTC+08:00).

4. ELIGIBILITY:
4.1. The Promotion is open to individuals who:
(a) reside in Singapore;
(b) are registered users of the relevant Platform; and
(c) fulfil any additional criteria specified in the Campaign Page.
4.2. Users having the same account, device, and email address will be considered the same user. In the event that different accounts are tagged to be one user, only the first account will be considered eligible to participate in this Promotion.
4.3. Trip.com reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify ineligible participants at its absolute discretion.

5. ENTRY METHOD
5.1. To participate in the Promotion, eligible participants must:
(a) Fill up the participation form on the Campaign Page at any time during the Promotion Period, accessible via https://sg.trip.com/sale/w/28653/premium-travel.html?locale=en-SG.
(b) Accumulate a minimum spend of SGD10,000 on Qualifying Purchase within the Promotion Period, calculated based on the net amount paid using Eligible Card(s) after all applicable promo codes and platform discounts (including the use of Trip Coins) have been applied (“Minimum Spend”).
(c) Complete the Minimum Spend across a maximum of any three (3) bookings made within the Promotion Period.
(d) Ensure all Qualifying Purchases are made via Trip.com Singapore APP and paid using Eligible Citi Mastercard Credit Cards. For the avoidance of doubt, the Minimum Spend can be accumulated across different Eligible Citi Mastercard Credit Cards. Please see Clause 6 on the list of eligible cards.
5.2. Qualifying Purchase: Applicable across all product lines on Trip.com Singapore except Gift Cards. All bookings must be completed within the Promotion Period. A booking is deemed ‘completed’ when the transaction is successfully confirmed and paid in full, regardless of the date of travel or utilisation. Bookings that are cancelled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent will not be considered eligible for the Promotion.
5.3. All transactions are subject to verification by Trip.com, whose determination shall be final. Trip.com reserves the right to disqualify any participant if any transaction is found to be invalid, cancelled, refunded, reversed, or otherwise not in accordance with these T&C.

6. ELIGIBLE CARD(S): All Singapore Issued Citi Mastercard Credit Cards listed below, excluding Citibank Ready Credit Card, any Citi Corporate Card, Citi Purchasing Card, Citi Travel Account, Citi Travel Lodge Card, and all Citi Clear Cards.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
7.1. Winners are limited to the first 230 eligible participants, determined by the timestamp at which each participant validly fulfils the Minimum Spend requirement. For the avoidance of doubt, the relevant timestamp shall be the time at which the final Qualifying Purchase required to meet the Minimum Spend is successfully completed and paid for in full within the Promotion Period.
7.2. Winners will be notified via the email address submitted with the Promotion. Each winner will receive one (1) unique redemption code and a dedicated booking link. Distribution of redemption codes shall be carried out by Trip.com within one (1) calendar month from the end of the Promotion Period, subject to verification of the winner’s compliance with these T&C. Trip.com reserves the right to extend the notification and/or distribution timeline at its sole discretion, and will inform participants of such extension via the Campaign Page.
7.3. The redemption code will entitle the winner to a Prize of 1-night stay at Capella Singapore, Premier Garden King Room inclusive of daily breakfast for up to two (2) adult guests and two (2) children under 12 years old at Fiamma with guaranteed late check-out at 2pm, worth up to SGD1,438.80 (“Prize”).
7.4. Trip.com may, at its discretion, require winners to provide reasonable proof of identity and eligibility (including, where applicable, documentation verifying compliance with these Terms and Conditions) as a condition to receiving a prize. Where required by applicable law, winners may also be required to complete and sign an acceptance form, declaration, or release. Failure to provide such proof or documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in disqualification.
7.5. Each participant is entitled to win only one (1) prize. If a participant has already won a prize, the participant will no longer be eligible to receive any further prizes under the same Promotion, and any subsequent entries or qualifications will not be considered.
7.6. Trip.com shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in notification due to inaccurate, incomplete or outdated contact information provided by participants, or for any technical issues affecting email delivery.

8. PRIZE REDEMPTION
8.1. To redeem the Prize, the winner must:
(a) Access the dedicated booking link to book their stay;
(b) Select a preferred stay date (Blackout dates apply and will be reflected on the dedicated booking link);
(c) Choose the Premier Garden King Room, clearly marked with a ‘Citi Mastercard Spend & Get’ label on the listing; and
(d) Apply the unique redemption code at checkout and complete the booking process.
8.2. All bookings must be made by 30 September 2026 (“Book by period”) and the stay must be completed by 31 December 2026 (“Trip Completion”). Otherwise, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the Prize. There will be strictly no extension to the Book by period and Trip Completion period. Earning of Trip coins will not be applicable for this booking.
8.3. All costs for the Prize, including applicable taxes and service charges, are fully covered as part of the Prize, except for upgrades requested by the winner, where applicable.
8.4. The Prize, whether wholly or in part, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts including coupons and promo codes, cashback sites, loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, discounted items, and fixed-price items unless otherwise stated.
8.5. The Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions as may be imposed by Capella Singapore and will be published on the dedicated booking link.
8.6. For families with more than 2 children, a room upgrade is required. After selecting the Premier Garden King Room on the dedicated booking link, Winners must reach out to Capella's reservation team at reservations.singapore@capellahotels.com to request for upgrade and change. 8.7. Blackout dates apply and may include, but are not limited to, Singapore public holidays, special events, and full property buyout periods, at the discretion of Capella Singapore. The latest updated blackout dates will be reflected on the dedicated booking link. Winners are responsible for checking the availability and blackout dates before booking. On these blackout dates, or if the rooms are fully redeemed, the room type marked with a ‘Citi Mastercard Spend & Get’ label will not be available, and the winner will need to choose another stay date.
8.8. Bookings must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the intended check-in date.
8.9. A maximum allotment of five (5) rooms per day, excluding blackout dates, will be made available for redemption bookings under this Prize. Once the daily allotment is fully redeemed, the hotel will not accept additional bookings for that day.
8.10. Once confirmed, bookings are strictly non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable, non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash. No replacement, compensation, or refund will be made if the Prize is expired or rejected, unclaimed or forfeited.
8.11. Any no-show or failure to check in on the booked date will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
8.12. Trip.com acts solely as a platform provider for the purpose of this Promotion. Trip.com facilitates the booking and redemption process but is not the provider of the hotel stay comprising the Prize.

9. GENERAL
9.1. To participate in this Promotion, users must spend a minimum of S$10,000 using Eligible Citi Mastercard Credit Card(s). Unless specified in these T&C, any taxes resulting from acceptance of the Prizes are the responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to income tax, airport taxes for flights and city taxes for hotels, whichever is applicable.
9.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, or cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
9.3. Trip.com reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
9.4. Travel-related prizes are subject to availability, restrictions on peak or blackout dates, and the terms and policies of the operating airline(s), hotels, and other service providers.

10. PERSONAL DATA: Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out in Trip.com’s Privacy Statement. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for purposes related to the Promotion, subject to applicable data protection laws.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law
11.1. For the purpose of this clause, "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited, “Mastercard” refers to “Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd” and “Trip.com” refers to Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte Ltd.
11.2. Trip.com’s decision on all matters relating to the administration and operation of this Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants, exercised at its reasonable discretion. Where a matter directly concerns Citibank's or Mastercard's banking products or payment card services, the decision of the relevant party shall apply. In the event of any disagreement between the parties on any Promotion-related matter, the parties shall consult in good faith in writing with a view to reaching a consensual resolution.
11.3. Each of Citibank, Mastercard, and Trip.com shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of the other parties or of any third-party service provider connected with this Promotion, including Capella Singapore. In particular: (a) Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any aspect of Trip.com's platform or booking services; (b) Trip.com shall not be responsible for any aspect of Citibank's or Mastercard's services and products; and (c) none of Citibank, Mastercard, or Trip.com shall be responsible for any aspect of the hotel stay provided by Capella Singapore. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party excludes all liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, or harm arising in connection with the other parties' or Capella Singapore's products or services. Disputes relating to Trip.com's platform and booking services shall be resolved directly with Trip.com. Disputes relating to Citibank's or Mastercard's products and services shall be resolved directly with the relevant party.
11.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, none of Citibank, Mastercard, or Trip.com shall be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, Citibank, Mastercard and Trip.com will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect or inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Promotion; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the promotion, or announcement of the prize.
11.5. Citibank, Mastercard and Trip.com each reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to, or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time, provided that any such variation shall require the prior written consent of the other parties before taking effect. In addition and without prejudice to the foregoing, Trip.com reserves the right to amend terms and conditions relating to its travel products and services without prior notice.

12. PROHIBITIONS: You may not use multiple e-mail addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any bookings of users who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behavior or who violate these terms.

13. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
13.1. The Promotion is subject to all national, state, and local laws, including those governing lotteries, sweepstakes, and lucky draws.
13.2. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law (e.g. jurisdictions requiring registration, bonding, or where such draws are classified as lotteries).
13.3. Participating users are responsible for ensuring their entry complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
