- Promotion period is from 7 April until 4 May 2025 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
- *To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Mastercard® Cardmember has to charge a minimum spend of S$35 to his/her Citi Mastercard and enters promo code "CITI25APR" at checkout page upon payment, to enjoy S$5 off his/her order made at www.foodpanda.sg ("foodpanda website") or on the foodpanda app. Valid for food delivery and pick up orders only.
- **To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Mastercard® Cardmember has to charge a minimum spend of S$60 to his/her Citi Mastercard and enters promo code "CITI25APR" at checkout page upon payment, to enjoy S$6 off his/her order made at foodpanda website or on the foodpanda app. Valid for pandamart and panda shops orders only.
- Citi Mastercard Cardmembers must enter the respective promo code upon checkout.
- Capped at 2 redemption per user. Limited redemptions weekly.
- Promo codes can only be used on foodpanda iOS & Android. Not valid for Apple Pay or other mobile contactless payment mode.
- Promotion is valid for limited redemptions on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Promotion cannot be claimed after the purchase is completed.
- Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is non- transferable and non-cumulative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, cashback sites, promotions, rewards, loyalty programs, discounted items and fixed price items.
- Citibank, Mastercard and foodpanda's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank & Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with foodpanda except for any disputes in relation to payment services.
- Citibank, Mastercard and foodpanda reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
