Avis Car Rental

1. Promotion is valid from 28 August 2025 until 31 March 2027
2. Pay with Citi Mastercard to enjoy the promotion.
3. The Offers are valid from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
4. The Offers are applicable to all Mastercard cards issued in the following Asia Pacific countries, subject to the respective country's driving laws and permits:
5. North Asia: China, Guam, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, South Korea and Taiwan;
6. Southeast Asia and South Asia: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam; and
7. Pacific: Australia, Fiji, French Polynesia, New Caledonia and New Zealand.
8. The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other on-going promotions/offers, coupons/vouchers and loyalty/privilege cards.

10. Mastercard’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding on the cardholder and Mastercard is not obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Promotion.
11. Citibank's and Avis Car Rental’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
12. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Avis Car Rental.
13. Citibank and Avis Car Rental reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
