- Collection is available from 23 January to 3 March 2026 at the Lunar New Year Booth, Level 1 of Pan Pacific Singapore from 10:00am to 8:00pm daily, and before 5:00pm on 16 February 2026.

- Self-collection is available from 17 November 2025 to 26 December 2025 at the Festive Booth, Level 1 of Pan Pacific Singapore from 10:00am to 8:00pm.

- Cancellations are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided once an order has been placed.
