•  Promotion period is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (both days included), unless otherwise stated. 
•  This promotion is valid only for products on https://rosesonly.com.sg 
•  Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card. 
•  Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account. 
•  Orders are not allowed to be edited or cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of the requested delivery date due to extremely high volume of orders. 
•  Order cancellations will not be accepted after confirmation. 
•  RosesOnly Singapore reserves the rights to amend the promotion and its terms and conditions without prior notice. 
•  Promotion cannot be used with other promotion, discounts, coupons or privileges. 
•  Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
•  Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with RosesOnly Singapore. 
•  Citibank and RosesOnly Singapore reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. 
•  "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and "RosesOnly Singapore" refers to FarEastFlora.com Pte Ltd.
