Paya Lebar Quarter

- Promotion period is from 23 January 2026 to 3 March 2026 (both days inclusive), while stocks last.
- Citi Mastercard Cardmembers who charge a minimum nett spend of S$188 (“Qualifying Spend”) at Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) from 23 January 2026 to 3 March 2026 are eligible to redeem a S$20 Lendlease voucher.
- Nett spend refers to the final payment amount of purchase after deduction of all discounts, Plus$ utilization, points redemption, membership credits, gift cards, coupons, stored value cards spend and vouchers from Lendlease, retailers, or other external partners.
- The S$20 Lendlease voucher shall be issued in the form of two (2) pieces of S$10 Lendlease voucher or Lendlease E-Voucher to qualifying members.
- The S$20 Lendlease voucher/E-Voucher is limited to the first 1,300 Citi Mastercard Cardmembers only on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
- The Qualifying Spend is based on up to three (3) combined same-day receipts.
- In meeting the Qualifying Spend, Citi Mastercard Cardmembers are not allowed to use prepaid cards, as a form of top-up. Transactions made at event fairs (by non-Paya Lebar Quarter retailers), pushcarts, banks, money-changing facilities, trade-in of products, top-up card machines or transactions in connection to the car park, purchase of cash cards/ gift vouchers/ membership/ insurances/ travellers’ cheques/ lottery tickets, payment of bills at any Paya Lebar Quarter retailers, and purchase of Lendlease vouchers and payment via third party platform e.g. Fave Pay, Grab Pay, Kris Pay and ShopBack etc. are strictly excluded. For instalment payments, and deposits, only nett amount paid on the same day of redemption is valid. For transactions made via contactless payment e.g., Apple Pay, Samsung Pay that are without official receipts, Citi Mastercard Cardmembers will be required to present Citibank SG app reflecting spending amount for verification prior redemption.
- Citi Mastercard Cardmembers with receipts from FairPrice Finest require double spending for redemption.
- To receive the S$20 Lendlease voucher/E-Voucher, the eligible Citi Mastercard Cardmember must present up to a maximum of three (3) same-day receipts, Card Charge Slip and corresponding Citi Mastercard at PLQ Mall L1 redemption booth near prettyFIT only from 11.30am to 9pm (last redemption by 8.30pm). Redemption must be made on the same day as purchase and is limited to one (1) redemption per Citi Mastercard Cardmember per day.
- Vouchers issued cannot be exchanged for other denominations, cash, and other gift prizes/ vouchers.
- Terms and conditions stated on Lendlease vouchers apply.
- Citi Cardmember may contact Paya Lebar Quarter at marketing@payalebarquarter.com in the event of any disputes regarding the Promotion.
- Citibank, Mastercard and Paya Lebar Quarter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank and Mastercard shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
- Paya Lebar Quarter shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Mastercard Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and Paya Lebar Quarter shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
- Citibank, Mastercard and Paya Lebar Quarter reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited, “Mastercard” refers to “Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd” and ""Paya Lebar Quarter” refers to Milano Central Pte Ltd.
