- Payment must be made with a Citi Credit Card or Citibank Debit Card to enjoy the promotion.
- Promotion is for dine-in only.

- ^Each qualifying transaction is entitled to one free bar bite only. No splitting of bills is allowed. Free item must be redeemed at the time of qualifying transaction and cannot be carried forward or redeemed on a different day.
- **Every sign up of The Library membership programme is entitled to an additional bottle of red/white wine.
- Free item is non-exchangeable for cash or other menu items.
- Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
Citibank's and The Library’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
