- Promotion is valid for new banquet bookings for lunch or dinner from 15 November 2023 to 14 May 2024 , for weddings held on or before 31 December 2024.
- Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card.
- Valid only for bookings with a minimum of 18 tables (10 persons per table) at Balestier Ballroom.

- Not valid with other discounts and promotions.
- Offer can only be redeemed once per booking per couple.
- Subject to the existing minimum guaranteed attendance and package pricing for the venue & meal period.
- Citibank's and Aloft Singapore Novena’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Aloft Singapore Novena.
