Terms and conditions

• Promotion period is valid from 10 August 2026 to 14 February 2027.
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit Card or Citibank Debit Card.
• Flights are applicable for both One-way & Return.
• 1-Day combo pass is only valid for use until 25 January 2027.
• All other airline reservations & ticketing conditions on/during date of purchase applies.
• All terms & conditions are final at time of purchase.
• Citibank's, Sun Phu Quoc Airways and Discover the World’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchant-ability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Promotion provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Sun Phu Quoc Airways and Discover the World.
• Citibank, Sun Phu Quoc Airways and Discover the World reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time and without having to give prior notice.
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited, “Sun Phu Quoc Airways” refers to Sun PhuQuoc Airways Limited Liability Company and "Discover the World " refers to Discover The World Marketing Pte Ltd.
