Terms and conditions

• The Promotion Period is from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, unless otherwise stated. 
• Payment must be made with a Citi Credit Card or Citibank Debit Card to enjoy the promotion. 
• The price of 1 eligible Double-Boiled Soup (the paid item) will be accounted towards this min. spend, and the min. spend is calculated before service charge and prevailing GST. 
• The complimentary soup must be of equal or lesser value than the paid soup. The complimentary dish is not exchangeable with other items or cash, and may be subject to change based on availability. 
• Valid for both dine-in and takeaway. 
• Valid for one (1) redemption per bill per table. Splitting of bills is strictly not allowed. 
• The promotion is not valid from eve of and the first15 days of the Chinese New Year, eves of and on Public Holidays, and special occasions (eg. Mother’s Day & Father’s Day). 
• The promotion is available on a first come, first served basis. While stocks last. Limited redemptions apply. 
• The promotion can be combined only with Dian Xiao Er’s in-house promotions only. It cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, rebates, membership privileges, set menus, unless explicitly stated otherwise. 
• Citibank's and Dian Xiao Er’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Dian Xiao Er. 
• Citibank and Dian Xiao Er reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion. 
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited. "Dian Xiao Er" refers to Dian Xiao Er Group Pte Ltd.
