Terms and conditions

• Valid from 1 Sep 2026 - 31 Dec 2026 (both dates inclusive).
• Promotion is valid at all JUMBO Seafood outlets.
• Valid for dine-in only with a minimum purchase of 2 dishes from the Chef Recommendations menu.
• Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions and vouchers.
• Limited to a single transaction, per table, per bill, per visit. No splitting of bills and tables allowed.
• Price subject to prevailing service charge and GST.
• Promotion is valid for JUMBO Rewards and Citibank cardmembers only.
• For Non-JUMBO member, payment must be charged to a Citibank Credit Card or Citibank Debit Card to enjoy the offer
• Australian Lobster tossed with Cheese and Truffle Sauce is not eligible for the promotion. Where a 50% promotional discount is applied to the Australian lobster, the discount will be based on the usual price of S$26.80/100g and no further discounts will be applicable.

• The management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Citibank's and JUMBO Group’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with JUMBO Group.
• Citibank and JUMBO Group reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited. The terms “JUMBO Seafood" refers to JUMBO Group of Restaurants Pte. Ltd.
