- This Promotion is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other reward items from Citibank.
- Promotional prices are subjected to taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
