Terms and conditions

• Promotion period is from 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
• To be eligible for the Promotion, a new-to-foodpanda Citi Cardmember has to charge the order to his/her Citi Credit Card and enters respective promo code upon checkout, to enjoy 60% off his/her first order (capped at S$10) made on the foodpanda app.
• Promotion is valid for limited redemptions weekly, on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Promotion is limited to 1 redemption per code per user.
• Promotion cannot be claimed after the purchase is completed.
• Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is non-transferable and non-cumulative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, cashback sites, promotions, rewards, loyalty programs, discounted items and fixed price items.
• Citibank and foodpanda's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with foodpanda except for any disputes in relation to payment services.
• Citibank and foodpanda reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and "foodpanda" refers to Delivery Hero (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
