- To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember has to charge their purchase amount his/her Citi Credit Card in respect of their purchases made at the selected 6 Tempur stores.
- Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated.
- This promotion will not be in conjunction with Departmental Stores Promotion (For exclusive mattress models that is available in both Departmental stores and the 6 Selected Tempur stores stated).
- Promotion is applicable to full payment transactions only and not valid for Instalment Payments.
- Limited to 1 redemption per Citi Cardmember only.
- In the event of any refund (in part or full) or cancelled transactions, Citibank and/or Tempur has the right to cancel the gift issued.
- Citibank is not a supplier of the product/service purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
- Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Tempur.
