Terms and conditions

• Promotion period valid from 5 Aug 2026 to 25 Sep 2026 (both dates inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Citibank Debit Card.
• Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance for delivery or self-collection
• Delivery and self-collection for Two-tier tin box will start from 15 August to 25 September 2026.
• Delivery and self-collection for Luminous Musical Gift box and Lacquer Boxes will start from 25 August to 25 September 2026.
• The standard delivery time is between 10:00 and 18:00, subject to its conditions.
• Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a guide commencing from the date of dispatch. Hotel is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen traffic conditions. For this reason, there may be some delays which are entirely beyond hotel’s control.
• Please note that requests for a specific delivery time are not available.
• Delivered and collected mooncakes are non-refundable nor exchangeable
• Cancelled orders are non-refundable.
• Once an order is placed, adjustment to the date and time is strictly not allowed.
• Deliveries will be made within the selected time slot.
• Citibank's and The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore.
• Citibank and The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited. The term “The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore” refers to Capitol Hotel Manager Pte Ltd c/o The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore.
