- The Offer will be available during the period from 1 May 2026 to 31 March 2027, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) and the stay period will be from 1 May 2026 to 31 March 2027 (“Stay Period”), both dates inclusive.
- Payment must be made using a Citi Mastercard Credit/Debit Card to enjoy the promotion.
- Prior reservation is required and is subject to availability.
- Blackout dates apply for: 28th to 31st May 2026, 16th to 18th September 2026, 08th to 11th October 2026.
- The offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts or promotion.
- Please note that this offer is not applicable for the earning of Shangri-La Circle points.
- Amendments to stay dates are subject to a rate adjustment at the time they are made.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with an Eligible Citi Mastercard card at time of booking.
- Room cancelled 3 days before arrival will subject to 1-night room charge, plus applicable service charge, taxes and fees.
- Eligible Citi Mastercard card must be presented during check-in for verification and payment must be made via an Eligible Citi Mastercard card.
- Rate does not apply to group bookings.
- SGD 100 nett dining credit is awarded per stay, and is not applicable for in-room dining, The Lobby Lounge and Shang Palace.
- Please note that visitors are permitted to be in guest rooms until 10.00pm and only registered guests up to the maximum capacity of their booked room type(s) are allowed to stay overnight in guestrooms. Charges will apply for additional unregistered occupants, including children.
- All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
- For early check-ins, a pre-blocking of room is required for a guaranteed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night's charge. Standard check-in time is 3pm.
- Citibank, Mastercard and Shangri-La Hotel Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank, Mastercard and Shangri-La Hotel Singapore reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the promotion terms and/or terminate the promotion.
- Citibank, Mastercard and Shangri-La Hotel Singapore’s shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Shangri-La Hotel Singapore.
