- Stay period from now to 30 June 2023, both dates inclusive.
- Advance reservation is required and subject to availability at the time of reservation.
- Cancellation of room reservation shall be subject to the individual hotel property’s cancellation, amendment and no-show policies.
- The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers and privileges.
- Payment must be made with an eligible Mastercard only.
- Guests must present their Mastercard at check-in to enjoy the offers.
- If an eligible Mastercard card is not presented upon check-in and used for payment, full price of the stay would be charged to the cardholder.
- Bookings made are non-refundable and are allowed to modify stay dates.
- The offers are only eligible for Mastercard issued in Asia Pacific.
- Citibank's and SLH’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
