- Twin-bedded guestrooms and extra bed are subject to availability upon booking.
- Dning Credit per stay is available for redemption at The Fullerton Hotel and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore dining outlets, in-room dining, minibar, and alcoholic beverages.
- Dining Credit is not applicable for the following promotions: Afternoon tea at The Courtyard and The Landing Point; Jade Dim Sum Lunch on weekends and Public Holiday; Jade Set Lunch Menu and Jade Chinese New Year Menu.
- Advance reservations at the dining outlets are required and booking is subject to availability.
- Dining Credit must be utilize during the stay period. Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be reimbursed in cash.
- Dining Credits may not be used with other promotions for further discounts.
- Rooms are subject to availability upon booking.
- Citibank's and JTB’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
