- Promo Duration: April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
- Eligible local and international credit, debit and prepaid cards are as follows:
- Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, and Visa Infinite Cards
- Visa Commercial (Corporate and Business Cards)
- Minimum spend of PHP2,500 is required to qualify.
- Redemption is limited to one card per bill and per day. No splitting of bills will be allowed. Maximum of 8 persons per cardholder.
- Applicable for dine in transactions. Takeaway is subject to restaurant’s discretion.
- This promotion is valid for applicable all items as determined by the restaurant, and excludes set menu, and group meals.
- 24-hour prior reservation is required through Visa Concierge or directly to the restaurant. Same day reservations are subject to availability and acceptance of restaurants.
- The offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, fixed price items and promotional offers. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizens can avail of the promotional discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens act of 2010, whichever is higher.
- All bookings requested through Visa Concierge will be subjected to restaurants' availability. A reservation confirmation email/SMS should be to the cardholder within 2 hours (restaurants' operational hours) once the booking is confirmed.
- Offer is not valid on eve of and on Public Holidays, special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year, and other blackout dates. These dates will vary for each city and will be updated from time to time.
- Presentation of the eligible Visa card is required for verification process and payment must be made with eligible Visa card. In the event when payment is not made with an eligible Visa card, full amount will be chargeable.
- The offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services, or discounts. The offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotional offers.
- Bookings made via Visa Concierge (Viber, website, local toll-free hotlines or e-mail) should be done at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time. (Note: we can still accommodate last minute requests, subject to availability of the restaurant)
- Visa does not take any guarantee or warranty of the quality of the participating merchant. Any issues pertaining to the same will have to be addressed and resolved by the merchants directly.
- The offer acceptability and honoring are subject to Force Majeure wherein any execution or delivery of any of the services committed through this program is hampered beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to, strikes, labor controversies, Acts of God, fire, flood, war, lightning, earthquake, collapse of structure, embargoes or Government orders or restrictions or policies etc. The affected merchant shall be excused for non-performance of its obligation during the period such cause continues to exist.
- Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Qualified Customer, shall be solely borne by the Qualified Customer.
- Individual merchant terms and conditions may apply.
- Citibank's and Spectrum’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Spectrum.
- Citibank and Spectrum reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
