Terms and conditions

*Citi Wednesdays Promo Terms and Conditions:

•  Promotion period is on 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
•  Promotion is valid from 12am, for limited redemptions every Wednesday.
•  Promotion is not applicable on 17 June 2026.

^Taobao Coins Waiver Voucher Promo Terms and Conditions:

•  Promotion period is from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, daily from 12am (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
•  To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Mastercard Cardmember has to visit Taobao Cashback icon from Taobao Singapore homepage and redeem the 3% service charge waiver with 25 coins, capped at SGD3.
•  Voucher needs to be applied when checking out and the voucher is not returnable if the order is cancelled.
•  Limited redemptions available during the promotion period. Applicable daily, except Wednesdays.

General Terms and Conditions:

•  Promotion is only valid for payment charged in Singapore dollars (SGD).
•  Promotion is valid for checkout at a maximum of twenty-five (25) stores.
•  Offer cannot be claimed after the purchase is completed.
•  Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is non-transferable and non-cumulative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, cashback sites, promotions, rewards, loyalty programs, discounted items and fixed price items.
•  Promotion is applicable only for Citi Mastercard Cardmembers.
•  Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
•  Citi Cardmembers may contact Taobao directly via Taobao iOS and Android mobile applications, in the event of any disputes regarding the Promotion.
•  Citibank, Mastercard and Taobao’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
•  Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank and Mastercard shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with third parties/Taobao except for any disputes in relation to payment services.
•  Citibank, Mastercard and Taobao reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
•  "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited, “Mastercard” refers to “Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd” and "Taobao" refers to Allygrowth (Singapore) Internet Information Technology Pte. Ltd.
