1. Promotion is on 8 - 9 September 2024, unless otherwise stated. Limited redemptions to be utilised on 8pm, 8 September 2024 on a first come first serve basis.
2. Payment must be charged using Citi Mastercard Credit / Debit Card.
3. Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
4. User must select Citi Mastercard Credit/Debit Card and select the claimed voucher for the discount to be reflected immediately, prior to placing order.
5. User must meet the minimum spend criteria of the Voucher:
- S$25 off with min spend S$300
6. User is responsible for checking to ensure that the discount is reflected at the checkout page, prior to placing order. In the event that the discount is not reflected/applied, Shopee will not retrospectively provide/apply the discounts.
7. Promotion is not valid for products from Shopee paid ads store, the “Miscellaneous” and “Dining, Travel & Services” category, selected resellers, seller store pick up, web purchase & selected items (Stage 1 & 2 Milk Formulas and Grab Vouchers).
8. An eligible Citi Mastercard Cardmember may only make 1 redemption.
9. Citibank and Shopee’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
10. Citibank, Mastercard and Shopee shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank and Shopee shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be directed to the supplier of such products and/or services.
11. Citi Mastercard Cardmember may contact support@shopee.sg in the event of any disputes regarding the Promotion.
12. Citibank, Mastercard and Shopee reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
13. “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited, “Mastercard” refers to “Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd” and “Shopee” refers to Shopee Singapore Private Limited.
