Taobao 12.12 Terms and Conditions:
- Promotion period is from 9 Dec 8pm to 12 Dec 2023 11.59pm. (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
- To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember has to charge a minimum spend of S$120 to his/her Citi Credit/Debit Card and enter their card number at the checkout page upon payment, to enjoy S$12 that is displayed and automatically deducted off his/her order made at Taobao iOS and Android mobile applications.
- Promotion starts at 8 pm daily with limited redemptions, first come first served.
- Promotion is valid one time per user daily during the campaign period.

Coins Waiver Voucher Terms and Conditions:
- ^Promotion period is from 1 Jul to 31 Aug 2023 daily from 12am (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
- To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember has to visit Taobao Cashback icon from Taobao Singapore homepage and redeem the 3% waiver voucher with 25 Taobao coins to enjoy a 3% service charger waiver, capped at S$3.
- Voucher needs to be applied when checking out and the voucher is not returnable if the order is cancelled.
- Limited redemptions available during the promotion period.

General Terms and Conditions:
- Promotion is only valid for payment charged in Singapore dollars (SGD).
- Promotion is valid for checkout at a maximum of fifteen (15) stores.
- Offer cannot be claimed after the purchase is completed.
- Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is non-transferable and non-cumulative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, cashback sites, promotions, rewards, loyalty programs, discounted items and fixed price items.
- Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card.
- Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
- Citi Cardmembers may contact the third parties (sellers) on Taobao directly via Taobao iOS and Android mobile applications, in the event of any disputes regarding the Promotion.
- All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with third parties/Taobao except for any dispues in relation to payment and finance services.
- Citibank and Taobao’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with third parties/Taobao except for any disputes in relation to payment services.
- Citibank and Taobao reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
