Terms and Conditions:

(1) Valentine's Day Promotion:
- Promotion period is from 20 Jan 2023 to 14 Feb 2023 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
- To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember has to charge to his/her Citi Credit Card to enjoy exclusive offers.
- Offer can be used multiple times across the Promotion period.
- Promotion is only applicable to products on https://www.fareastflora.com/citibank-vday.
- Promotion is not valid at FarEastFlora.com garden retail centers, Goodwood Florist garden retail center and wholesale fresh cut flowers center at Far East Orchid.

(2) Evergreen Promotion:
- Promotion period is from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
- To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember has to charge to his/her Citi Credit Card to enjoy either 15% off on regular-priced flowers, plants and stands or 10% off on regular-priced hampers and gifts, in respect of purchases made at https://www.fareastflora.com (“FEF Website”) or the FarEastFlora.com Stores (“FEF Stores”).
- Citi Credit Cardmembers who make online purchases at the FEF Website have to enter the Promo Code: “CITI2023” upon checkout.

General Terms and Conditions:
- Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, coupons or privileges.
- Prices stated are exclusive of delivery charges and delivery within Singapore only. Other terms & conditions apply.
- In the event of product unavailability, FarEastFlora.com reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent or higher value.
- Orders are not allowed to be edited or cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of the requested delivery date because of the extremely high volume of orders. Order cancellations will not be accepted after confirmation.
- Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with FarEastFlora.com.
- Citibank and FarEastFlora.com reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “FarEastFlora.com" refers to FarEastFlora.com Pte Ltd.
