- Amazon reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. If you received the promotion code (directly or indirectly) from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
- To qualify for the offer (the “Offer”), a customer must have:
- made a minimum purchase amount of SGD 120 on the Qualifying Products (“Minimum Purchase Amount”);
- made the purchase using a Citibank credit card issued in Singapore, and
- entered the applicable promotion code ‘CITIXMAS12’ at checkout ("Eligible Order”), to receive a SGD 12 off the customer’s purchase.- Offer limited to one redemption per customer and account. The maximum benefit a customer may receive from this Offer is SGD 12 off the purchase price of the Eligible Order.
- Any non-Singapore issued Citibank credit cards or any non-Citibank credit cards will not qualify for this offer.
- Offer applies to Qualifying Products purchased in a single Eligible Order and shipped to a single address, whether in a single shipment or multiple shipments, provided all shipments under the order are delivered within 60 days of the promotion ending. Taxes, delivery fees and gift wrap charges do not apply when determining the Minimum Purchase Amount. The Minimum Purchase Amount is the amount after any other promotional discounts have been applied. Please ensure that you meet these requirements by checking the purchase order details and delivery date prior to checkout.
- Delivery charges and taxes may apply to the full value of discounted and free promotional items.
- Offer is not valid if the order is cancelled or any item or item(s) from the order are returned causing the total order amount to fall below the required Minimum Purchase Amount.

- Offer may be stacked with other offers, including coupons, discounts and promotion codes(where applicable), provided the required Minimum Purchase Amount (after all other promotional discounts have been applied) for this Offer and the other offer are met.
- Unless stated otherwise, promotion codes may not be applied towards the purchase of gift cards, goods and services tax (GST), Prime membership fees, gift wrap charges, or delivery charges.
- If any of the Qualifying Products purchased in an Eligible Order are returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the Qualifying Product(s), subject to applicable refund policies.
- If you return any of the Qualifying Products, Amazon reserves the right to charge you for part or all of the amount of benefit you received from this Offer, using the payment method you used for the original order and without further notice.
- If you violate any of the offer terms, the Offer will be invalid.
- Citibank and Amazon.sg's decision on all matters relating to the Offer will be determined in their absolute discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Citibank shall notat any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
