- Promotion is from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
- ^To be eligible for the Promotion, a first-time Shopee Citi Credit Cardmember (new Shopee user who has not transacted on Shopee before) has to charge a minimum spend of SGD20 to his/her Citi Credit Card and enters promo code “CITI12NEW” at checkout page upon payment, to enjoy SGD12 off his/her purchase. Limited redemptions from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023.
- “Qualifying Purchases” excludes purchases made under the “Miscellaneous” and “Dining, Travel & Services” category on the Shopee website and Shopee mobile app.
- Promotion is not valid for products from Shopee paid ads store, selected resellers, seller store pick up, web purchase & selected items (Stage 1 & 2 Milk Formulas and Grab Vouchers).
- Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank and Partner shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank and Partner shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be directed to the supplier of such products and/or services.
- Citi Credit Cardmember may contact support@shopee.sg in the event of any disputes regarding the Promotion.
- Citibank and Shopee reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and "Shopee" refers to Shopee Singapore Private Limited.
