- Promotion is from 9 April 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated. Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card.
- Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account. Promotion is not valid for products from Shopee paid ads store
- Formulas and Grab Vouchers).
- An eligible Citi Cardmember may only make 1 redemption per week.
- Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank and Shopee shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank and Shopee shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be directed to the supplier of such products and/or services.
- Citi Cardmember may contact support@shopee.sg in the event of any disputes regarding the Promotion. Citibank and Shopee reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and "Shopee" refers to Shopee Singapore Private Limited.
