- Promotion is valid from 8 April 2022 – 7 April 2023 both dates inclusive.
- Pay with Citi Mastercard® Credit Card to enjoy the promotion.
- Siam Gift Cards are limited to a maximum of 2 redemptions per cardholder, per day per property.
- Offer is limited to the first 350 redemptions, while redemptions last, on a first come first serve basis.
- Cardholders can combine receipts from participating brands in Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery.
- Receipts must be issued on the same date as redemption date.
- Redemption period of gift card is only from 8 April 2022 to 7 April 2023.
- Presentation of identification card or passport upon redemption is required.
- Any outstanding balance of the purchased used with the gift card must be made with a Mastercard.
- 2 properties - (1) ONESIAM is considered as one property which includes only Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Siam Discovery (2) ICONSIAM as considered as another standalone property.
- Customers cannot combine receipts from ONESIAM (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery) and ICONSIAM.
- Offer exclude receipts from Paragon Department Store and Gourmet Market in Siam Paragon.
- Exclusively for Mastercard cardholders within Asia Pacific, excluding Thailand issued Mastercard.
- To redeem the gift card, Mastercard sales slips of THB8,000 or more must be shown at
- Siam Paragon: Tourist Service Centre, G Floor (Star Dome Zone), closed to Bangkok Bank, Siam Paragon
- Siam Discovery: VIZ Counter, G Floor, Siam Discovery 
- Multiple sales slips on the same card number within the same day are only applicable for the gift card redemption. Sales slips must be shown and payment is to be made with the same Mastercard card number.
- Gift cards have an expiry and can be redeemed at selected mall tenants at Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery, Siam Center & ICONSIAM.
- Gift cards are available on a first come first served basis, while stock lasts.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other privileges.
- Citibank's and Siam Paragon’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Siam Paragon.
- Citibank and Siam Paragon reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
