1. ^Up to S$60 cashback Terms and Conditions:

• Promotion period is from 1 September 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive).


• Payment must be made via the Shopback Mobile App with a linked Citibank Debit/Credit card to enjoy the promotion.


• Promotion is valid for Singapore-issued Citi Credit / Debit Card only. Customers who have not linked their Citi Credit / Debit Card to the ShopBack app may do so via the Linked Payment Methods under the Account section.


• Promotion is not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.


• Qualifying transactions will only include in-store ShopBack Pay transactions, where the linked Citi Credit / Debit Card to the ShopBack app is used as the payment method during the Promotion Period.


• Purchase of in-store vouchers are not qualifying transactions.


• An accumulated spend of S$500 in a calendar month will qualify for up to S$60 bonus Cashback. Limited to 1 qualifying accumulated spend per user per calendar month.


• Progression of the accumulated spend resets on the first day of every month.


• Limited to the first 600 qualifying accumulated spends per calendar month.


• Not applicable for payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay or any other digital wallets.


• Upon making a qualifying accumulated spend, customers will receive a notification and must open the ShopBack app and redeem their bonus Cashback. The bonus Cashback is awarded in the form of a scratch card and must be used within 48 hours of receiving it. No extensions will be allowed, and no reminders will be sent prior to the expiry of such bonus Cashback. To be notified when a bonus Cashback is earned, notifications must be enabled in the ShopBack app/device settings.


• Earned bonus Cashbacks can also be accessed via the Rewards page, in the Profile section of the ShopBack app.


• Customers should ensure that they are using the latest version of the ShopBack app.


• Customers will still earn the standard Cashback amount/rewards at partner outlets listed on ShopBack when paying with their payment methods. The Cashback will be tracked on the ShopBack mobile app within 14 working days.


• All bonuses earned can only be withdrawn into your bank account when you accumulate S$10 worth of redeemable Cashback on ShopBack.


• Citibank's and ShopBack's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.


• Citibank and ShopBack shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Citibank and ShopBack shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the merchant partner.


• Citibank and Shopback reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.

2. *10% cashback (online spends) Terms and Conditions:

• Promotion is valid for Singapore-issued Citi Credit / Debit Card only. Customers who have not linked their Citi Credit / Debit Card to the ShopBack app may do so via the Linked Payment Methods under the Account section.


• Promotion is not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account..


• Shop for your deals and check out as per usual, and your Cashback will be tracked in your ShopBack account within 48 hours.

• Every qualifying online transaction using your Citi Card will qualify for up to S$10 bonus Cashback. Limited to 1 redemption per user per calendar month.


• Redemption progress resets on the first day of every month.


• Bonus Cashback will be tracked together with your affiliate Cashback. In some rare cases, it might take up to 14 days for bonus Cashback to be reflected in your account.


• Only transactions paid using Citi Cards are eligible for the bonus. Transactions paid by third party payment service providers or e-Wallets are not eligible for the bonus. For avoidance of doubt, bonus is not applicable for payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay or any other digital wallets.


• To qualify for ShopBack’s Cashback, Citi Cardmembers will eed to click through ShopBack each time before ing to the Merchants’ platforms or store pages.

• Promotion period is on Double Digit Days, which are 9 September 2024, 10 October 2024, 11 November 2024, and 12 December 2024.


• Payment must be made via the Shopback with a linked Citibank Debit/Credit card to enjoy the promotion. Promotion is valid through ShopBack’s Web and/or App. 


• Promotion is valid for Singapore-issued Citi Credit / Debit Card only. Customers who have not linked their Citi Credit / Debit Card to the ShopBack app may do so via the Linked Payment Methods under the Account section.


• Promotion is not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
