- A copy of international passport is required to present upon redemption.
- This campaign is exclusively for international customers who spend a minimum amount of 5,000 THB or 15,000 THB with a Mastercard card daily.
- Redeem period from 21 January 2025 – 20 January 2026.
- SIAM GIFT CARDs valued 250/350 THB and 1,000/1,100 THB are limited to maximum 2 redemptions/customer/day.
- SIAM GIFT CARDs are limited in quantities and are available on a first come first served basis, while SIAM GIFT CARDs last.
- Receipts from Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Siam Discovery, except receipts from Paragon Department Store, Gourmet Market and Gourmet Food Hall, must be redeemed at:
- 1) Tourist Service Center, G floor, near Bangkok Bank, Siam Paragon,
- 2) Information Counter, G floor, Siam Center and
- 3) Information Counter, G floor, Siam Discovery.
- Receipts from ICONSIAM must be redeemed at: ONESIAM Global Visitor Lounge, 1St Floor, near Starbucks
- From now to 14 March 2025: Tourist Privilege Counter, 2nd Floor, Siam Takashimaya Entrance.
- 14 March 2025 to 20 January 2026: ONESIAM Global Visitor Lounge, 1st Floor, near Starbucks.
- Cannot combine receipts from ONESIAM (Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Siam Discovery) with ICONSIAM.
- Receipts must be issued on the same date as redemption date.
- SIAM GIFT CARDs redeemed at Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Siam Discovery can be used at participating brands at Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Siam Discovery, except Paragon Department Store, Gourmet Market and Gourmet Food Hall.
- SIAM GIFT CARDs redeemed at ICONSIAM can be used at participating brands at ICONSIAM except Taka Mache’ and Dear Tummy Super Market.
- Expiry date of all SIAM GIFT CARDs is 20 January 2026.
- Cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or extend the expiry date.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
- The company reserves the right to change or adjust the promotion without prior notice.
- Citibank's and Siam Center (Tourist Privileges)’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
