- Promotion period is from 10 March 2023 to 2 April 2023 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
- To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember has to charge to his/her Citi Card to enjoy SGD10 FRx Gift Card with minimum SGD100 spend and scan the FRx QR code at participating stores.
- Present up to 3 Citi Card charge slip(s) at Customer Service to redeem.
- Present your FRx QR code in the FRx app to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service to redeem.
- Maximum 3 same-day, same-mall transactions (minimum SGD10 per transaction) from participating stores, unless otherwise stated.
- SGD10 FRx Gift Card will be credited to members’ e-wallet at the Customer Service when the qualifying spend is met, limited to 1 redemption per FRx member per day, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
- Applicable to participating in-mall retailers and electronic transactions within retail outlets only. Makan Master and eStore transactions are excluded.
- The stored value in each FRx Gift Card expires 1 year from the date of issue.
- Promotion is eligible for all Citi Cardmembers, except Citi Commercial and Corporate cards.

- Citibank and FPRM decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
- FPRM shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers ("Redeemed Products") and FPRM shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
- Citibank and FPRM reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
