'*T&Cs on ShopBack - Get $15 Bonus Cashback with $300 Accumulated Spend
- Promotion period is from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2023 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated, and available only on the ShopBack mobile app.
- Promotion is valid for Singapore-issued Citi Credit / Debit Card only. Promotion is not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
- This Promotion is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other reward items from Citibank.
- Payment must be made using Citi Credit / Debit Card linked to the ShopBack app. Customers who have not linked their Citi Credit / Debit Card to the ShopBack app may do so via the Linked Payment Methods under the Account section.
- Qualifying transactions which count toward the accumulated spend per month will only include in-store payments at Shopback in-store partner outlets, where the linked Citi Credit / Debit Cards to the ShopBack app are used as the payment method, subject to the eligible cards above, during the promotion period.
- Every accumulated spend of $300 in a calendar month will qualify for a S$15 bonus Cashback.
- Limited to the first 500 qualifying accumulated spends per month, whereby such limit may be adjusted and subject to mutual agreement for the subsequent months during the promotion period.
- Limited to 1 qualifying accumulated spend per user per month.
- Upon making a qualifying accumulated spend, customers will receive a notification and must open the ShopBack app and redeem their bonus Cashback.
- The bonus Cashback is awarded in the form of a scratch card and must be used within 48 hours of receiving it. No extensions will be allowed, and no reminders will be sent prior to the expiry of such bonus Cashback.
- To be notified when a bonus Cashback is earned, notifications must be enabled in the ShopBack app/device settings.
- Earned bonus Cashbacks can also be accessed via the Rewards page, in the Profile section of the ShopBack app.
- Please ensure you are using the latest version of the ShopBack app.
- Customers will still earn the standard Cashback amount/rewards at partner outlets listed on ShopBack when paying with their payment methods. The Cashback will be tracked on the ShopBack mobile app within 14 working days.
- All bonuses earned can only be withdrawn into your bank account when you accumulate S$10 worth of redeemable Cashback on ShopBack.
- Citibank's and ShopBack's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank and ShopBack shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Citibank and ShopBack shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the merchant partner.
